HEALTH COACHING: This service is offered as a one on one, 6 month program where we will customize and execute a plan for you as unique and dynamic as you are. No two plans are the same because no two people are the same. We work with men, women, and children (5 and up) and offer different comprehensive packages that all include regular support, personalized goal-setting, research services, and more. All of our packages are offered virtually. 

POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES: Your body just went through one of the biggest challenges it can face: bringing new life into the world. Let AltWellHealth help you ease into motherhood. Services focus on prioritizing the healing process both physically and mentally, understanding your body, and monitoring for any changes that may need medical care. Remember, the best mother is a healthy mother. Let us support you. This service can be offered virtually or in person.

NEWBORN CARE SPECIALIST: For some, navigating the change in your family when a newborn is brought home can be challenging. Here at AltWellHealth we offer support and guidance on how to adjust your bundle of joy to your family's life. With a focus on building a routine, feeding and sleeping schedules, you can rest and rest assured knowing you are giving your newborn the best care possible. Raising children takes a village. Let AltWellHealth be a part of your inner care circle. This service is in person but can be offered as a virtual consult service.

RETURN HOME CONSULTATIONS: We are okay until we are not. A slip and fall, an accident, a sudden illness can upheave our lives and take us away from our home. Here at AltWellHealth, we use our extensive experience working with adults who found themselves in nursing homes get back to the privacy of their homes as safe and secure as possible. We work with families and individuals to create reasonable and realistic plans to return home which may include: modifications to the home; hiring staff including home health aides; ordering adaptive equipment. This consultation service helps you devise a plan of action and allows you or your loved one to make the safest decision possible about your return home. Services are offered virtually or in person.
