There are so many diets out there! Depending on who you talk to, every single one of them can sound like the "right" one. So how do you know what's right for you?
When you work for a health coach, we take a systematic approach to what you eat while considering every aspect of your life. Before making any change to the way we eat, we have to ask ourselves the following questions:
- Are these changes financially doable?
- Are these changes contraindicated? This can be the case based on current diagnoses or medications.
- Are these changes well planned out and do we know how to adjust when necessary?
Once we answer those questions, we will work on a detailed plan to slowly make the adjustments necessary to achieve the goals you want. Then we will monitor your reaction, and make adjustments along the way.
